Anne Hubbard, Realtor

Anne Hubbard is part of the Hubbard Artinano team and has worked in real estate with her husband for the past six years.  Anne’s efforts in real estate sales are particularly effective given her past experience in sales and marketing in Architectural and Design Services and Xerox sales. In addition to her business and sales experience, Anne is a practicing Registered Nurse and has had over 30 years of clinical, administrative, and consulting experience. She is certified nationally in Health Care Quality. Her work in quality and experience in national and international consulting transitions well to the client centered focus of the Hubbard Artinano team.  She is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, New Hampshire Board of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors. Anne is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and holds a Master of Science from Boston University. 

Kristen Artinano, Realtor

Kristen Artinano is a pivotal member of the Hubbard Artinano Team. In her role, she works with her parents, Ken and Anne.  Her work with Ken is particularly essential as she is the key advisor in the design and marketing of projects. Kristen is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, the New Hampshire Board of Realtors as well as the National Board of Realtors.  Her previous business sales and marketing experience was with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Xerox, and EF Education. Kristen is also a Spanish teacher and is bilingual.  She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds a Master of Arts Degree from Salem State University. 

Javier Artinano, IT Manager

Javier Artinano provides IT support to the Hubbard Artinano Team. Javier manages our in-house network and keeps the team “connected” to the business of real estate. He is a graduate of Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland with a degree in physics with computing and is doing graduate work at the University of New Hampshire. Javier is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
